Who we are

This website (xcitium.nl) is operated by Computerdoc BV, trading as Spiredesk, Palmpolstraat 99 G 36, 1327 CC Almere, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce no. 93565402. We are responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website. Xcitium Inc. is not responsible for the content or data processing of this website.

What data we process

When you fill in the contact form, we process:

• your name, email address and, if you provide them, organisation and phone number;
• the subject, the number of devices and your message;
• the IP address from which the form was sent, to prevent abuse.

Why we use this data

We only use your data to answer your request, arrange a demo or quote and, if you become a customer or partner, to perform the agreement. The legal basis is your consent and, for a quote or agreement, its performance. We do not send newsletters without your separate consent.

Sharing with others

We do not sell your data. If you purchase an Xcitium product, we share the data needed for the licence with Xcitium. We also use processors for hosting and email, with whom we have agreed on the security of your data.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to an agreement are kept for a maximum of two years. Customer data is kept for the duration of the agreement and afterwards as long as required by law, for example the seven-year fiscal retention obligation.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, nor third-party analytics services.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to processing. Send an email to algemeen@spiredesk.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
